Wonderful break

Spent my long weekend chilling with my girls and going for both the Good Friday and Resurrection/Easter Sunday services.

Took Thursday off and spent my time drinking yummy Vietnamese frappe at Cabin Fever, walking around the city shopping and having a really good late lunch at Secret Garden.

Friday was spent at the Good Friday service and had laksa from Spencer Village.

Saturday was spent lazing around at home. Found out that I spent something close to 27 hours sleeping over the past 3 nights.

Woke up early on Sunday to drop my car off at one of the girls house and we car-pooled up for the Resurrection/Easter Sunday service. Had not so good latte at Funtastico and shared pancakes that had orange rind in them while we waited for one of the girls as she helped out at kids. Then had Vietnamese seafood noodles from the market and washed it down with freshly squeezed OJ. 🙂

Bought a huge red hat for the beach and off we went to Cottesloe for a fun time. Would have turned into a walking lobster if not for the sun screen. Ended our night having fish and chips near the beach. Witness some stupid(and probably very drunk) guy lying on the side of the road and his really sad friends egging him on at the pub opposite as they prank call the ambulance, such improper use of public funds.
